R2 MS FH 162P is a cow built to produce the kind of calves that are in demand. She has the height, width, length, depth, and fertility that makes her a model cow for the today's beef industry. We bought "3/4" from the R2 Ranch in 2004 and we have been pleased with her performance ever since. "3/4" has won many county and regional contests, but was never shown at the national level. She is a deep broody cow with a lot of muscling, but she has a very feminine front end with smooth shoulders, a great underline and topline. She has excellent structural soundness and a gentle disposition. This female has already proven her ability to produce superior calves. Her first calf, born when she was 24 months, holds the National Grand Champion Bull title for the American Junior Red Brangus Association show in June, 2007. Her second calf, Marvel's Gator Champ (born the night the Gator's won the National Championship), is showing promise to be even better than his brother. She also produced 26 embryos before getting bred again with her third calf. More embryos will be available every year from this great producer.

Fannie came from Jimmy Brister's Red Brangus herd, with solid Pale Face Ranch breeding on her dam's side. She has a deep cherry red coat which catches everyone's eye. But she's just as pretty on the inside as on the outside. This female is long, deep, and thick with a smooth muscle pattern that is very desirable in brahman influence cattle. Her first calf was born when she was 19 months old (Lily 2/7 was born on 11/05/2006), but she and the calf have easily kept in top shape. Fannie delivered her second calf in October, 2007. Both of these events, the early breeding and the quick rebreeding, are strong indicators of fertility. She is a very feminine cow with a great disposition, often used for showmanship because of her good behavior. This female's first calf has already performed well as a show heifer and we are sure her future calves will do as well. Fannie Mae's calves will have a strong, positive influence on any breeding program. We have flushed Fannie Mae for embryos this winter and these are certified for export.

Marvel's Red Sassy won Supreme Reserve Champion Female at the first Miami International Show. There were 220 head of cattle in the show and 10 different breeds were represented. We are very excited about this award, especially because we raised Sassy ourselves. Her dam came from the Monaghan's ranch in Texas and her sire was a bull we bought from the R2 Ranch. Sassy is a very stylish and classy female. She has a long, deep, broody shape with a very feminine front and great muscling. We are flushing Sassy for embryos this spring and these will be certified for export.

Angie was the first Red Angus animal that we bought. While visiting the Hidden Creek Ranch in Mississippi in 2004, we saw her and knew she would be a great complement to our Red Brangus herd. She is very structurally correct, with great bone and size. She has a strong loin and deep flank, while showing tremendous spring of rib and volume. This female is efficient, feminine, and, of course gentle. Angie has had two bull calves right on time, 1/6 in 2006 and 13/7 in 2007, both potential herdsires. She is currently bred to our National Grand Champion, Marvel's Red Gator 2/6. This breeding will produce a calf with excellent bloodlines on both sides.
